Pasta Salad
This easy pasta salad is great for a last minute dish when you forgot about a party you are suppose to be at in about an hour with a side dish (which has happened more than once sad to say) or for a picnic.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a full boil and add salt and pasta. Cook al dented about 8minutes. Drain well and run cold water over the pasta to stop the cooking process.
  2. While the pasta is cooking start slicing up your veggies.
  3. Put pasta in a large bowl and add half the dressing and a little bit of salt and pepper ( we will also put some on the top) and toss. Then add your veggies and the rest of the dressing and the rest of your salt and pepper and toss until well combined. Place in the fridge until ready to go or eat right away. It doesn’t get much easier, quicker or don’t forget tastier than that!
